This evening a cake was made. We used Dan Lepard’s recipe for Sour Cream Chocolate cake, which I can’t find on his website but the dark chocolate berry cake is similar:
It is the most chocolatey thing I have ever seen, and the frosting tastes amazing. It has a shot of sherry in it, well a splosh. Not a lot, but a splosh.
