Stirred Workshop: Equals

Tomorrow from 1-3.30 Stirred will be at Blank Media in Hulme creating words in response to the conversation that the Equals exhibition is having with feminism.

How do we engage with the world, using feminism as a tool to understand the different systems at work on us. The conversations at the Equals debate included the topics:

Is porn harmful?

What can feminism do for men?

Why is the representation of women important?

Through art we can begin to add more voices to the debate, as one of the speakers said, we are piling up questions upon questions.

Anna and Becca will be facilitating the workshop aiming to engage with the art works and see what happens.

Sunday 21st July
