CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: WOMEN BEATS

Stirred Press is seeking submissions of poetry and artwork themed around the WOMEN BEATS. We want your poems inspired by the poetry of the women of the beat movement, your poetry about the women of the beat movement, and poems from unusual places in the style of beat poetry.

The zine is produced using a black and white photocopier so please keep that in mind when submitting artwork. Additionally, shorter poems will work best in the zine format.

Deadline for submissions is Monday 18th July. Payment for UK residents is one copy of the zine. Profits from our 2016 zine series will go towards paying the travel costs of our guest artists. Please email your submissions to stirredwomen@gmail.com – we look forward to reading them!

Stirred Press is seeking submissions of poetry and artwork themed around KATE BUSH. We want your poems about Kate Bush, your poems inspired by her life and music, or poems using her lyrics as a starting point.
